In a recent episode of SoulBiz BFF, I had the absolute pleasure of sitting down with the brilliant and inspiring Molly Mandelberg. If you don’t already know her, Molly is a powerhouse when it comes to mindset, magic, and marketing. She helps transformational leaders, coaches, and healers expand their impact without burning out, and she does it in a way that’s deeply aligned with energy, authenticity, and ease.

This episode was pure gold for any soulpreneur looking to elevate their business while staying true to their essence. We covered so much ground—everything from the energetic shifts required to scale a business to the practical strategies for attracting soulmate clients. And of course, we talked about Human Design, because what’s a conversation about aligned business without it?

Here’s a recap of some of the most powerful insights from my conversation with Molly Mandelberg.

The Inner Work of Expanding a Business

One of the key themes of our conversation was the inner work required to grow a soulful business. Molly shared how, for many heart-centered entrepreneurs, the biggest block isn’t strategy—it’s mindset.

She spoke about how our beliefs, conditioning, and old narratives often dictate the level of success we allow ourselves to reach. If we’re carrying subconscious stories about what’s “too much,” “too big,” or “too successful,” we can unknowingly keep ourselves playing small.

Molly’s advice? Do the inner work consistently. Notice where you’re holding back. Ask yourself: Where am I limiting what’s possible for me? This level of awareness can open doors you didn’t even realize were closed.

I couldn’t agree more. As soulpreneurs, our growth is directly tied to our willingness to shed outdated identities and embrace the fullest expression of who we are. The more aligned we are internally, the more naturally success flows.

The Power of Authentic Marketing

If there’s one thing Molly is an expert in, it’s marketing that doesn’t feel like marketing. She helps her clients create messaging that magnetizes their dream clients without feeling salesy or forced.

One of my favorite parts of our conversation was when she explained the difference between pushing and pulling in marketing. So many entrepreneurs fall into the trap of chasing after clients, trying to convince them to buy. But true magnetism comes from being so clear, confident, and aligned in your message that the right people are naturally drawn to you.

Molly talked about how storytelling, authenticity, and high-value content can create a powerful energetic pull. When you show up consistently as your true self, sharing insights, experiences, and wisdom, you naturally become a beacon for those who need what you offer.

She also emphasized that your business should feel good to you. If a certain marketing strategy feels heavy, draining, or out of alignment, it’s probably not your path. There are a thousand ways to grow a business—your job is to find the one that lights you up.

Balancing Structure and Flow

One of the juiciest parts of our conversation was about balancing structure with flow in business. This is something every soulpreneur wrestles with—how do you stay open to inspiration and intuition while also building something sustainable and profitable?

Molly shared that for her, structure creates freedom. Having systems in place allows her to be more creative, rather than less. She has built automations, funnels, and content strategies that work for her, so she doesn’t have to be constantly in hustle mode.

At the same time, she’s deeply connected to her intuition. She trusts that if something feels off, it’s worth pausing and reassessing. Her advice: Give yourself permission to experiment. Not everything needs to be set in stone. You can create structure that supports you, rather than constrains you.

This resonated deeply with me because I see so many soulpreneurs swing between too much structure (which can feel rigid) and too much flow (which can feel chaotic). The sweet spot is finding a rhythm that works for you—one that allows both strategy and soul to coexist.

Human Design as a Business Tool

Of course, we couldn’t have this conversation without bringing in Human Design! Molly and I talked about how understanding your unique design can be a game-changer in business.

For example, if you’re a Projector, you’re not meant to operate like a Generator. Your energy is different, and trying to force yourself into a Generator-style work mode will lead to burnout.

Molly shared that she has learned to honor her own energy cycles—working in bursts of inspiration rather than forcing productivity. This has allowed her to be both highly creative and sustainable in her businesses.

Final Thoughts & Takeaways

This conversation with Molly was packed with so much wisdom, and I hope it leaves you feeling as inspired as I did. Here are a few key takeaways to integrate into your own business:

Your mindset determines your business’s ceiling. If you feel stuck, look inward before changing strategies.

Magnetism is about authenticity. The more YOU you are in your marketing, the more your ideal clients will find you.

Structure and flow can coexist. The right systems create freedom, not limitation.

Molly is such a brilliant example of what it looks like to run a soul-aligned, thriving business, and I’m so grateful she shared her wisdom on SoulBiz BFF.
